Delete your account and data

You can permanently delete your Family Tracker account and all associated data at any time. Deletion is irreversible.

Option 1 — In the app (fastest)

Open Family Tracker.
Go to Settings.
Tap Delete account and data at the bottom.
Confirm. Your data and account are removed immediately.

Option 2 — Without the app

If you no longer have the app installed, email kramvensel@gmail.com from the address you registered with, subject “Delete my account”. We will verify ownership and delete your data within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your user record (email, marker color, tracking consent).
Your live location and full location history.
Your service and diagnostic logs.
Your membership in any family.
Your authentication account.

Retention

Active data is removed immediately on deletion. Residual copies in system backups are purged within 30 days.
